Add ability to filter labels on axes

When viewing heatmaps with many labels on an axis, they can begin to overlap.

Users should have the option to filter axis labels by providing a number by which to add a label. For example, add a label every 5 row item.

There should also be default filtering, that a user can turn off, when axis labels begin to overlap.
