Add ability to rotate labels on axes #2
Description
In certain circumstances, for example, on column axes when labels overlap, rotating axis labels is desirable.
Users should have the option to specify an angle by which axis labels are rotated. As well as specify whether or not labels should be rotated.
The default, which the user can turn off, should be that overlapping axis labels on the column axis are rotated by a default angle, e.g. 45 degrees.
