[BUG] Kafka Connect failed to restart on KoP #591
Describe the bug
When use Kafka Connect on KoP in distributed mode, after the Kafka Connect restarted, it failed and a topic already exist error was reported in logs.
To Reproduce
Run Kafka Connect on KoP.
Expected behavior
It should not fail to restart.
