디비 초기화 트랜잭션 어노테이션 추가
운영 디비 설정으로 인해 계속해서 에러가 나 임시로 개발 디비 설정으로 바꿔 놓았습니다.
추후 프론트 작업이 모두 마무리 되면 운영 환경으로 다시 설정할 계획입니다.
