Group sections into 4.0 panels

WordPress 4.0 introduced panels to the Customizer. Panels are groupings of Customizer sections. Widgets sections are now organized into a panel. I would +1 this feature... Lots of themes are utilizing the Customizer these days.. so it's starting to get out of control ;) I've held off making addons for some themes because it would just clutter the customizer too much... a grouping panel that says "Styles" or something then opens to show the plugins customizations.
