Auto resolve already moderator removed post, comments

The moderator that did the action should be the resolver.

Should auto unresolve if comment gets unremoved, moderator should be the unresolver.

The auto resolve is already implemented, i am unsure if we really need to unresolve it on unremove

I would say it should auto-unresolve. I see a few scenarios:

1. Mod/admin clicks remove by mistake (wasn't actually reviewing that message but clicked wrong one)
2. Mod/admin clicks unremove by mistake
3. Mod/admin removes post but then decides to unremove it to allow another mod to decide if it should be removed
4. Bad actor removes it, then unremoves it to clear the flag
