Generic email template design

Design a generic email template to be sent from instances.

The design should include:

1. Header (with logo and instance name)
2. A title
3. Subtitle (optionally used)
4. Content
5. Clickable button (optional used depending on usage)
6. Footer (will include links to the instance and perhaps legal pages)

The generic template will be used for sending of emails for:

1. Welcome email (new user signs up, welcome email sent with some basic details on how to use Sublinks)
2. Application pending review email (when people apply to join an instance, they will be notified that their application is under review)
3. Application approved/declined email
4. Password reset email (will show a link to reset passwords)
5. Modmail (messages when their post is reported and removed, etc)
6. Other general email purposes

Branding Guidelines: Access to any existing design assets: I see the logo above. SVG would be great, thanks---any other branding assets (colors, fonts, etc.) to maintain consistency with branding.

Content Guidelines: Any specific messaging or tone guidelines to follow for each type of email. For example, the tone of a welcome email ---more friendly and inviting VS password reset email might be more straightforward and instructional.

Button Usage: what action it should prompt ( "Complete Registration," "Reset Password").-- What are the specs of the existing buttons ( color, size, radius)

Responsive Design: Desktop & Mobile?

Approval Process: What process for reviewing and approving the email templates once they're designed.

I'm looking for assistance in creating and defining branding guidelines, content guidelines, etc. I'm open to suggestions and will be happy with anything you provide given your experience.

We can work with the front-end team to get the branding aligned.
