Community collections #279
Description
A user creates a collection of communities for a specific topic ( Only he can add/remove new communities )
He can set it private,unlisted or listed ( to be visible in a public list for those collections )
He can then if not private share it to other users with a link like /collections/communities/12442-TITLEOFCOLLECTION
(Optional: Permission management: Who can read it (on private list mode) Who can add communities, Who can remove communities)
Admins should have full access to those collections.
I am unsure if its possible to federate those collections, would be neat.
