Users shouldn't be able to claim right after submitting a prior claim

When users claim their vesting and/or refund, the form still remains available right away. Since txs take some time to be confirmed and reflected on the state, this can lead people into submitting duplicate txs by mistake

This can solved with some kind of loading state, while monitoring the previous tx, waiting for it to be confirmed
