Disabled state support + fix for blurry text + workaround for fonts that don't align vertically.

• Fixed issue where CALayer wouldn't be available on < macOS 10.13 causing the button to not draw.
• Fixed issue where the text in the CALayer would be blurry.
• Added support for custom disabled state colors.
• Added support for setting vertical offset for specific fonts that don't align properly.
