What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Since we'll be introducing multiple version of each extension to support a smoother pause/restore workflow, we need to prompt users to keep their extensions up to date.
This raises a
SECURITYWARNif the customer's project is lagging behind the default extension version (used by new projects)
