Feature: Support TIFF images in DOCX rendering

Summary

Support rendering TIFF images in DOCX (DrawingML blip with .tiff image relationship).

Problem

TIFF images in DOCX render as broken image icons in SuperDoc.

Repro

1. Open attached docx in SuperDoc.
2. Footer image (TIFF) fails to render.

Expected

Footer image renders.

Notes

This docx isolates the TIFF image case with no hyperlink.

Your links are all relevant. For the spec sections most specific to this issue:

- https://ooxml.dev/spec?q=20.1.8.13%20blip - the <a:blip r:embed="..."/> element that references image data
- https://ooxml.dev/spec?q=20.2.2.1%20blipFill - the WordprocessingML picture fill (your ooxml.info link is the SpreadsheetML variant)

The core issue: browsers can't render TIFF natively, so the image needs to be converted to PNG or similar at render time.
