Create init for global install

Superscript init should create a new bot, setup the folder structure and move any pre-made plugins with canned dialogue into the bot folder.

How about creating a bot that configures / creates another bot ? This could be a prettty good example case as well :)

I would be happy to help you out in this. ( I might need some guidance / help from your end ofcourse.. ! ). If you can flesh out how you want it done - I am serious about seeing something like this out there.

Do you have a high level idea of how something like this might work with a bot created using superscript?

I threw together a generator, and just need to update the docs, here is the new flow.

npm install superscript -g
init <bot name> --client slack
cd <bot name>
npm install

We can always cycle back and make this an interactive bot I just didn't want to add extra complexity into the prompt at this stage of development.
