I rearranged the if statements so that the threshold is only reached when there actually is no AC power for 3 minutes and either or both the critical capacity levels are met within 3 minutes or less.
Otherwise (and this happened to me) the system will shutdown while there is AC power but it is charging from below 20% and or below 3.20 v for 3 minutes or less.
