enhancement: "Rules" page now only shows Rules in the table. Other app rows are removed. enhancement: "Rules" page has two buttons, one for basic rule, one for rule machine. enhancement: added variable that will disable grouping rules by room naming convention (default: enabled). See rulesContainRoomNames general: rules page is a little more robust then before. general: format using prettier.
