Any reason not to move everything to the catalog? There is the PNPM Catalog Codemod to do this automatically. It dedupes a lot of slightly mismatching versions resulting in faster installs and less disk usage. pnpm update and pnpm install also support catalogs as of pnpm@10.12.0
