If you generate a php-client with codegen 3.0.x composer install fails because "friendsofphp/php-cs-fixer": "~1.12"

The #8533 was fixed on an old state: modules/swagger-codegen/src/main/resources/php/composer.mustache
the new is modules/swagger-codegen/src/main/resources/php-symfony/composer.mustache

This has been fixed by swagger-api/swagger-codegen-generators#1119
