Update test cases for JSON MIME type detection

Description

We'll leverage the additional tests cases added via for other langauges (PHP, Ruby, etc) so as to ensure other API clients can also handle these edge cases.

Basically we want to add these test cases to other Petstore clients (e.g. PHP, Ruby, Python) to ensure Petstore clients in other langauges have similar coverage.

Which language/generator do you want to contribute with this enhancement?
