[JavaScript] some improvements and enhancements to JavaScript client

Improvements and enhancements to the JavaScript client codegen:

• Use brackets to access model properties to support nonstandard characters in property names, e.g. "user-status".
• Ensure a default project/module name when it is an empty string (same for "projectVersion") (Syntax error in generated JS client #2022)
• Fix ApiClient.isFileParam in browserify runtime (JS client on the web: Undefined from require('fs') in isFileParam #2028)
• Handle response deserialization to support array of models and Date property in model ([JavaScript] Need to support deserialization of array of models #1951)
