-Move PromiseKit from 3.0.0 -> 3.1.1
-Move Alamofire from 3.1.4 -> 3.1.5
-NOTE: there is a more recent Alamofire 3.4.0, but there is an issue w/ how it creates Accept/Response headers that is not compatible with the server right now - will debug on a followup PR
-update to cocoapods 1.0 support (which changed a bunch of files/locations for pods)
