Shouldn't quick repls be part of cider?

I guess the title says it all. Or is there a serious reason to keep it separately?

I am happy for clojure-quick-repls to be merged into CIDER. There are some prior discussions on this topic:

I may be missing something here, but I don't quite see what's holding back a merge. Making quick-repls opt-in for a start shouldn't hurt, right?
