Unify timesheets behavior for iOS to match Android.

In Android backup timesheet and highbalance (if applicable) is opened on balance change whereas in iOS both are presented in queue after re-visiting the home-page. The behavior needs to be unified.

I think the iOS approach is better, because it doesn't overwhelm the user with unavoidable sheet after sheet :)

@ovitrif Before the onchain events the Android made sense to me, but now perhaps you are right 🤔 . On the other hand It is important to notify about backup, so maybe it makes sense to presented it once the first balance appears. Also highbalance is just when it is over $500 so also not so common and also connected to balance change. So maybe I have a slight preference to Android, but not super fixated on it ;)

Whichever we go it would be good to have a unified approach accross both platforms also in terms of order of timed sheets. TBH it is becoming hard to maintain in the e2e tests, for example: https://github.com/synonymdev/bitkit-e2e-tests/blob/test/lightning/test/specs/lightning.e2e.ts#L116-L121

At the risk of repeating myself I think we should follow the RN implementation wherever possible and defer discussion for changes to after release. Most of the UI/UX has been discussed thoroughly in the past. So for now let's leave the behaviour to how it works in RN and iOS.
