Publications Update

Adds a few changes

1. adds FZModules paper to list of publications
2. fixes svg formatting on funding page so the footer doesn't break formatting and doesn't leave too much extra whitespace
3. cleaned up the publications page by fixing some typos, eliminating duplicate entries, grouping papers by conference, and unifying the formatting for poster and award notations.
4. added underlines to paper titles to make it easier to parse
5. added formatting (commented out) for adding DOI links to publications in the future
