Signature do not match for file having '+' in their type

I get 403 error when I try to upload svg file which have type image/svg+xml , it gave 403 error, so I truncated the type to be only image/svg and voilla it works.
Can do pull if you are not free.

This is related to #1 and encode/decode of URI. This library expects the final signed_request to be quoted.
