having problems with 0.1.8 - openJpeg not working

don't know what the problem is, but after downgrading to 0.1.6 everything is working again ...

gd.openJpeg(src, function (img, path) {
  if (img) {

  }
});

img was always NULL with 0.1.8 ...?!

I'm having this same issue in 0.1.8, but openPng. Going back to 0.1.6 corrects the issue.

i now found out why 0.1.8 isn't working - it's because the callback was changed:

openFn(src, function (err, img) {
  // ...
});

pls update the examples. thx.
