[Bug]: DNS error using Codex

Bug Description

Hello,
I am getting this error using Codex, regardless of the agent I'm using

Caused by:
    0: POST https://chatgpt.com/backend-api/codex/responses
    1: error sending request for url (https://chatgpt.com/backend-api/codex/responses)
    2: client error (Connect)
    3: dns error
    4: failed to lookup address information: nodename nor servname provided, or not known

Steps to Reproduce

1. ask any prompt to the :plan or :forge agents.
2. experience the error.

Expected Behavior

Forgecode does not throw any DNS error interacting with Codex.

Actual Behavior

Forgecode throws DNS error immediately after invoking any agent command which implies LLM usage. Please note this is not impacting the normal behavior of forge, which apart from this error is working fine.
