Extension does not support running on a remote host

Using the extension on a remote machine does not work due to the webview requests tsrelay on the local machine. Additionally, when using remote-SSH, it will constantly recommend mapping the tsrelay HTTP port.

With all of this, we should move back to message passing and use a socket for tsrelay.
