e-gov上の法令の一部にQuoteStruct直下にTOCSectionが入っているものを見つけたので、これに対応するためのコードを追記いたしました。
併せてテストコードも書いてみたので、差し支えなければご確認いただいた上で取り込みお願いいたします。
