After a quick research, I did not find 4006 to be registered by any main/test nets out there. We can use it.

We will first need an RPC endpoint, hence we will wait till we are near launch, and we already have some nodes running.

Migrate the RPCs to testnet-rpc.tangle.tools. Free up space for mainnet rpcs.
