…iers and fix include paths. - Fixed syntax errors in allochan.cpp caused by spaces in function names. - Updated mutex and shared memory names to use 'TaskscapeLtd' for consistency. - Added '..' to AdditionalIncludeDirectories in sal_base.props to resolve precomp.h from subdirectories. - Cleaned up formatting and removed extra blank lines in allochan.cpp.
- Removed 'Instalator' folder in favor of 'Installer'. - Updated README.md instructions to reference 'Installer'.
