Thanks for opening an issue! You should be able to upload things here, and this is a great place to share information since it will ultimately show up on Google, but you can also email me at REDACTED if you prefer.

Photos of the PCB inside the interface (showing the chip numbers) would definitely be helpful; I haven't been able to find any such photos on the internet.
