How to access release 0.13.0 - link to Sonatype repo is broken for all releases?

Following the link
https://github.com/tdf/odftoolkit/releases
to
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/org/odftoolkit/
yields a 404

404 - Repository "Public Repositories" [id=public] exists but is not exposed.

How can I access the release 0.13 or is the link just broken in the documentation as I can download version 0.13.0 via Maven?

Obviously, the release page still has an old URL; the new ones are:
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/odftoolkit/odfdom-java/0.13.0/

and I usually access it via a build system as Maven:
https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.odftoolkit/odfdom-java/0.13.0/overview

I will fix this!
