About organizing @holakit on npm

I've reserved @holakit on npm for future release. We will do a 1.0.0 release soon after some fixes (or not at all), and we will begin our work as Holakit 2.0, which introduces:

• all components in WebComponents ( Web Components #8 )
• new collection of components for apps (@holakit/app)
• many packages under a monorepo, holakit => @holakit/core
• official Vue component set (@holakit/vue)
• advanced layout support for mobile-first universal apps (@holakit/layout)

And package holakit will no longer be maintained after we release the first version of 2.0.0.
