[Simplified Charts] Consider changing or allowing custom component order

For example, sometimes it's useful to have the Axis rendered under the marks (especially for annotations placed along an axis), but we also use the stack to show Axis labels on top of marks, especially for radial charts and other use cases.

Maybe it would be useful to support customizing the order, similar to Svelte UX's Pagination component (show prop)

I like the idea of the show prop, as long as partials are acceptable!

So I'd only need to type say what I wanted to come first and it would handle ordering the rest by the default order (shifted to the right if I'm replacing the first one for example)
