Submitting empty form doesn't restrict the submit event #3
Description
The form should not be submitted when it is empty or any required field is missed out. It is submitting the empty form and reloading the page when clicked on submit button of inaccessible form
The given web page has two sections and this issue is talking about the inaccessible section, this fix is expected at the inaccessible form section on the web page.
