the GitHub Apps "Creating an installation access token" endpoint is being replaced

I dont think the lambda will work for access token after 1 October, since we are using a very old version of ghinstallation lib.

Great catch, seems this was fixed in v0.1.3 (and we are on v0.1.2) so it should be enough to just bump the dependency 👍

Thank you for quick comeback, I would add something in the description of the release since I imagine it is going to stop working for all users soon, and they want to know that this is the fix.
