[Bug] Missing flags in generated docs

Docs are auto-generated from commands.yml. It appears not all flags may be generated properly into the docs.

Describe the bug

From temporalio/documentation#3653, I saw --run-id and --workflow-id were missing from the list of available flags in the docs. The tool must be missing generating some of these flags.

Environment/Versions

• OS and processor: [e.g. M1 Mac, x86 Windows, Linux]
• Temporal Version: [e.g. 1.14.0?] and/or SDK version
• Are you using Docker or Kubernetes or building Temporal from source?
