Windows 10で高速でping送信してくれるツールがなかったので作りました。 v4 v6 両方使えます。
とりあえず使う場合は /bin/release にあるファイルをすべてダウンロードして一つのフォルダにいれて exeを実行してください。 インストールは不要です。 .NET Framework 4.5 が必要です。
