Hey there, I'm really enjoying the extension, great work.
I felt the note panel got a bit cluttered though if the notes are expanded by default and displaying the file path. I added a small commit which addresses this.
If you like the change feel free to merge it.
By the way, the version on the VS Code marketplace is still sitting at 0.0.1 which doesn't remove the highlighting in the text editor.
