We need more data. But what exactly do we need?

Extend the edge's meta data:

• whether this street has to be covered - this would allow us to add highways or mark parts of bigger streets as optional
• amount of garbage, which will probably collected on this segment - 0 would be a way to show, that this segment does not need to be covered
• constraints on the following edge - no u turn, only straight ahead, ...
• street width

And how do we get this information?

1. How do we know that a way has to be covered?
2. How do we know whether we have to cover it in both directions?
3. Where do we get some information on which streets are to narrow?
4. How long is one shift?
5. Where do we unload?
6. When and where do we have to make breaks?
7. How fast can we collect?
8. How fast do we unload?
