Pull Request Enhancements

I'd like to suggest two enhancements to CodeBucket regarding pull requests:

1. I'd like to see the diff for a given pull request. Not just a commit list, but the diff of the entire pull request. This is typically what I look at for a PR (I rarely look at the individual commits unless the PR is large).

2. I'd like to be able to accept and merge, or decline and reject pull requests from within CodeBucket.

It looks like both of these would be possible from the BitBucket API.
