Context

Build 41 is the next iOS release candidate. Needs to be uploaded to ASC and submitted for App Store Review.

Acceptance criteria

• EAS build 41 artifact exists in ASC
• ASC 'For Review' state reached
• Review notes include test account credentials and paywall gate context
• Link PR Autonomous 2026-04-22 overnight + AI clinical agents (23 commits) #48 for context on what landed since last release

Blocker

Manual action required by Tanner (Apple ID 2FA).

Build 42 replaces Build 41 as the target

Build 42 is the current release candidate (Build 41 was superseded by the 36-commit autonomous merge + full-call workflow on 2026-04-23).

• 🚨 ANTHROPIC_API_KEY on Railway reports 401 (see new blocker issue). Reviewer will test AI tools; if Claude is down, review fails.
• Recommended: promote Build 42 to TestFlight External group (Invite 2 testers to TestFlight (tanner + Christian) #50) for 24h of real-world testing before App Review.

• /health/deep reports claude.status: "healthy", latency 285ms
• All 5 services green

Christian should exercise the Full Call workflow path if FEATURES.full_call is flipped to true — it's shipped flag-off in Build 42 but can be enabled for internal testing.
