Invite 2 testers to TestFlight (tanner + Christian)

Context

User clarified 2026-04-23 that only 2 testers are in scope for Build 42:

• tanner@thefiredev.com
• christiansafino@gmail.com

(Not the previously-planned 4 LACoFD paramedics — that cohort shifts to a later build once the app is stable and the agency pipeline (#72) produces confirmed contacts.)

Acceptance criteria

• Invite tanner@thefiredev.com to ASC TestFlight (internal testers group)
• Invite christiansafino@gmail.com to ASC TestFlight
• Both confirm install on device + first open succeeds
• Initial feedback captured within 7 days of install
• Specific test scenarios for Christian (co-founder):
  • Search for "chest pain" — verify agency-scoped results render within 2s
  • Open Tools tab → SBAR Handoff Generator → dictate a test narrative → verify AI response generates (this exercises the newly-rotated ANTHROPIC_API_KEY)
  • Profile → "Upgrade to Pro" → verify Stripe Checkout opens in SFSafariViewController
  • Pull-to-refresh on home → should not crash
