disclaimer_version propagation + client UI landed in 49efff2 and 57e677d (PR #48). Medical disclaimer audit identified 7 remaining Warning-tier items that need consistent treatment across the app.
Acceptance criteria
- 7 Warning items enumerated in sub-tasks
- Each has UI treatment spec (banner, inline, blocking)
- Each passes SME review
- Disclaimer_version incremented when each ships
- Analytics event fires on first display per user
