Materialization Error in P12 (Serialized in P11)

Trying to materialize in GT v1.1.51 with Fuel Pharo12 tag loaded.

Error: UUID cannot have variable sized instances.

Data was serialized in GT v1.0.2140 with Fuel tag 5.2.2 loaded.

It seems related to Pharo's UUID changing from a ByteArray subclass, to an Object subclass containing a ByteArray in P12. Hat tip to yanni on Discord.

This monkey patch workaround allowed me to materialize successfully, but I'm sure there's a better way:
