Add required .pm_ops to support suspend/resume on baytrail/cherrytrail machines. This .pm_ops is conditionally-added to avoid impacting the legacy driver where power management is handled differently. Signed-off-by: Pierre-Louis Bossart <pierre-louis.bossart@linux.intel.com>

Replacement for PR #2094 and PR #1523
Tested with cht+rt5640 and cht+max98090 (cyan). still a bunch of IPC errors to remove but this is functional at last.
Thanks @ranj063 and @eballetbo for providing the basic blocks, I just debugged the rest :-)
