[BUG] Missing topology: sof-ptl-rt711.tplg

kernel commit:
77a6869afbbf ("ASoC: Intel: soc-acpi-intel-ptl-match: add rt711-sdca table")
added reference to sof-ptl-rt711.tplg and this topology does not exist in sof builds.
