[FEATURE] Add SOF support on i.MX95's M7 core

Opened to track progress on the SOF support for the i.MX95 board.

I think the most interesting fact about this board is that SOF runs on the M7 core, meaning we'll now have 3 architectures supported by SOF: ARM, ARM64, and XTENSA. Otherwise, no interesting changes to the flow. From SOF's perpective works like the XTENSA imx8 platforms.
