There is a UID mistmatch and file permission problem. sudo-cwd.sh will switch id every docker run command. 80e9c34 was reverted due to missing a toolchain. Signed-off-by: Fred Oh <fred.oh@linux.intel.com>

#7169 merged before and one commit was reverted. Rebuilt again in 20230427 and pushed 20230427_ubuntu22.04 = latest_ubuntu22.04 |
