Allow for upgrading a project #22
Description
Since the project is built at a specific time, changes to generated files is not reflected in a generated project, although the dependencies move forward.
This is an example of an upgrade commit that I did manually:

We should make the CLI do this for you through an additional option possibly
Maybe thingssdk upgrade?
How do other generators handle this?
